Welcome to Dallas Notary Lady. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our notary services, including in-person, mobile, and electronic notarization. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Notary Services

• We provide notary services in compliance with state and federal laws.

• It is your responsibility to provide valid, unexpired identification and ensure all documents are complete before notarization.

• We reserve the right to refuse notarization if identification is invalid, documents appear fraudulent, or if the signer is unwilling or unable to sign knowingly and voluntarily.

2. Fees & Payments

• Fees are based on state-regulated notary charges plus any applicable travel or convenience fees.

• Payments must be made in full at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

• All fees are non-refundable once the notarial act has been completed.

3. Cancellations & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 3 before the scheduled appointment.

• No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) Opt-In/Opt-Out

• By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Dallas Notary Lady regarding appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive text messages from us, except for legally required notifications.

• We do not sell, share, or distribute your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for the content, legality, or validity of the documents notarized.

• Notaries are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice or interpretation of documents.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the notary service provided.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

• We respect your privacy and handle all documents and personal information with strict confidentiality.

• Personal data collected is used solely for the purpose of providing notary services and will not be shared except as required by law.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Texas.
